How much of my delivery volume actually moves over?

Honestly, it depends on how hard you push it. Restaurants that put the link on receipts, bags, tables and Instagram usually move 20 to 40 percent of repeat orders direct within three months. Restaurants that build the site and never mention it move almost nothing. We give you the printed inserts and the wording that works.

What happens if something breaks at 8pm on a Friday?

You text or call the number on this page and a human answers during US evening hours, 4pm to 11pm Eastern, seven days. Outside those hours we reply the next morning. Payments run on Stripe or Square, so an outage on our side never stops you taking money at the counter.

Do I own the site, or are you renting it to me?

You own it. The domain is in your name, the code is yours, the Stripe account is yours, and the customer list is yours. If you stop working with us we hand over the files and the logins. There is no clause that holds your menu hostage.

What do you need from me to start?

Your menu with prices, any photos you already have, your logo if there is one, and thirty minutes on a call. SwiftBeez handles the writing, the layout, the payment setup and the domain. If your photos are weak we tell you which ten items are worth reshooting on a phone.

Is there a monthly fee?

Not for the build. You pay $3,950 once and the site is yours. Hosting runs about $20 a month and Stripe takes its standard card fee, both paid by you, direct. The $200 care plan is optional and covers menu edits, updates and monitoring. Cancel it any time.

The honest answers

Do I have to leave DoorDash?

No. Keep it for discovery. Your regulars order direct, and those orders cost you nothing in commission. Most restaurants run both for the first few months and watch the split move.

Who delivers the food?

Your own driver, or a delivery only service like DoorDash Drive or Uber Direct, which charges a flat delivery fee instead of a cut of the whole order. We set this up during the build.

Who takes the money?

You do. Payments go straight into your own Stripe or Square account. We never touch your money and we are never in the middle.
