What this site collects when you use a form, which services help us run it, and how to ask us to correct or delete what we hold.
The contact, quote and demo forms collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, the service you want, where you found us, your budget range, your current website if you have one, and your message. The short email form collects your name, email address, an optional phone number and your message.
The form on our restaurant ordering page collects your restaurant's name, your name, your city and state, your phone number, your email address, your monthly delivery volume and the platform you use today.
When you arrive from a Google ad or a tracked link, we also keep the ad click ID and the UTM campaign parameters, and the page you submitted from. Like any web server, ours records your IP address and basic request details in its log files.
You give us most of this yourself by filling in a form. The rest arrives automatically: the ad and campaign parameters travel in the link you clicked, and the log entries are written by our host when your browser asks for a page.
We use it to answer your enquiry and to follow up about the project you asked about. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry. Campaign parameters tell us which ad or link brought you here.
We rely on a few services to run the site. They handle your information only to provide that service to us.
We use Google Analytics on every page of this site, and it sets its own cookies to recognise a returning browser and count a visit once rather than twice. The Google Ads tag loads alongside it and may set cookies of its own to measure ad results. Cloudflare Turnstile sets its own challenge data when a form loads. You can block or clear all of these in your browser settings, and the site keeps working if you do.
The restaurant ordering landing pages do one extra thing. The form there briefly keeps your email and phone in your browser's session storage so the confirmation page can report the enquiry to Google Ads. It clears that copy once it has used it.
We have not set a fixed retention period yet. Until we do, we keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to reply and follow up, and we delete it when you ask us to. We will state the period here once it is decided.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at contact@swiftbeez.com or call +1 914 427 6667. We are based in Los Angeles, California. Tell us which address or number you used on the form so we can find your enquiry.
We have not had this policy assessed against any specific privacy law, and we do not claim that it meets the requirements of one. The laws that apply to you depend on where you live.
This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions go only to our business inbox. We never ask for or collect card details through any form. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information can never be intercepted or accessed without permission.
This site is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.
We may update this policy as the site and the services behind it change. The version on this page is always the current one.
